God’s Love vs. Our Love (Jonah 4)
Today' we’re reading and discussing Jonah Chapter 4 - the conclusion of the story! We take a closer look at the way God loves people opposed to the way that Jonah (and most humans) love people. True Identity (Jonah 1:7-17)
This week we are finishing Jonah chapter 1, and we’re asking 3 important questions; 1) In what ways are we acting like we know more than God? 2) Where are we putting our identity? and 3) Are we letting fear drive our faith?
What Are Sin & Grace? (Jonah 1:1-6)
This week we’re looking at Jonah 1:1-6. Today we’re starting by exploring some of the main themes of the book (and of the whole Bible) - sin & grace. Jonah - a prophet and holy man of God - has decided to run from God’s presence and God, in His mercy, pursues Jonah through a storm. Let’s take a closer look.
